The Fine Print
– Security deposit is required on leases equal to one month’s lease payment
– Access to the building is via electronic key fob at a cost of $25 each (totaly refundable)
– The Arcade Building and Knoxville Office Suites are tobacco free
– No pets. Sorry, conducting business and pet allergies don’t mix

Includes table and seating for 10, A/V, HD monitor and dry erase board
Tenant Rate: $40 hour / $200 day during posted business hours
Non-Tenant Rate: $75 hour with 2 hour minimum / $300 day during posted business hours
Small (10’x10’)
Includes table and seating for 4
Tenant Rate: $20 hour / $100 day during posted business hours
Non-Tenant Rate: $30 hour with 2 hour minimum / $150 day during posted business hours

Extra $100 per month pre-paid every month nets tenants $200 per month in conference room time and 24/7 access to the building

Extra $200 per month pre-paid every month on your annual lease nets you $400 in conference booking and 24/7 access to the building
